I am a student at Hornby Primary School. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.
To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Kia ora Joel,
ReplyDeleteWow! What a cool looking prototype you have made of a rubbish bin for the school. I really like that it includes spaces for the compost, recycling and for the rubbish. I currently live in Auckland and we don’t usually have rubbish bins that include spaces for compost. This is a great design!
If you are interested in building prototypes and in talking about issues related to the environment, we would love it if you joined the Summer Learning Journey programme this year. It is a free blogging programme for students from Hornby Primary School. We have a whole team of people who will be reading student’s work and posting comments. We will also give every student who blogs with us points and, at the end of the summer, Emma will come back to Hornby Primary to give out certificates and cool prizes to the top bloggers in the school. I really hope that you will blog with us as you have some awesome ideas and are very creative!
Wishing you a great finish to the term. Hope to see you online over the summer as part of the Summer Learning Journey programme.
Warm regards,
Rachel (and the Summer Learning Journey blogging team)
